Terms and Conditions Buying

1. The conditions are dynamic and may change.

2. Rates will be locked after receiving the reference (confirmed by a banker) when we are available, every decision is final.

3. Coins will be handed after one business day after receiving the payment.

4. You will receive your coins on this platform: Bemnex.com it is your duty to secure your account with the highest possible means to avoid any funds being lost.

5. You will transfer money through financial institutions who have licenses in your region to conduct money related services to hand/receive cash or bank transfer.

6. We are a private company engaged in bringing together sellers and buyers involved in trade as a mediator between essential parties to meet needed solutions. We're NOT a financial institution or financial service provider.

7. If you have made a bank transfer without our written approval the money may be returned to the original sender deducting 5% fee.

8. The offer above may change to different terms higher or lower as upon agreement between the parties.

9.To get the coins, you must sign a document when you receive the payment in advance and provide a video. If you don’t do this, you can’t get the payment. If you’re not interested, you can sell the coin and receive whatever is left after fees are deducted.
